The most vulnerable sectors in which the Private Sector Workers Trade Union is organising has varied entrenched challenges that exacerbates the plight of workers. This requires a resolute, steadfast union that will not dance to the tune of those who seek and continue to exploit.
The Private Sector Workers Trade Union is the response to perceived failure of existing unions to provide an adequate voice and service to their members. It is the product of the crisis facing traditional trade unions who have over the years neglected their members who continue to be on a receiving end of exploitation practices.
